2021 was quite a year for all of us at Hydra Arc. We’ve been through many developments, in sometimes less than favorable circumstances. But we’ve also achieved a huge amount. Within our Industry we have made good progress and completing a Sasol Shutdown successfully.
Of course, there’s still a lot of work ahead. With the challenge of the Omicron virus it's going to be tough, in short, the current circumstances are all quite challenging to work in. Looking forward to one of the biggest Shutdown this year, preparations and planning will be paramount to the success of the Shutdown. Within welding and mechanical space, we need to launch a new strategy and carefully executed on it throughout the year. In other clients outside Sasol, we must combine our efforts to maximize opportunities, so that we become a leading company in this sector in all what we always do and doing it Safely. But no matter what the circumstances are, we must not lose sight of our priority, to be strong and financially sustainable company that put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Primarily in your own spaces, but equally across the whole group. We need to continue to work together to create successful service to our clients. So, I encourage all of us in our decision making to evaluate not only what is best for our part of space in the organization, but also the potential impact on other parts and on the Group as a whole.
The past years had a significant impact on all of us, but I would like to thank you all for your significant support and dedication during these challenging times.
